InGlobo AI helps law firms adopt artificial intelligence with the policies, controls, and training that the Rules of Professional Conduct require. We work with firms of every size across the United States, from solo and small practices to multi-office litigation firms, and we are based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Our team pairs a practicing attorney with more than 25 years of litigation experience and the AIGP credential with technologists who bring two decades of product and UX design. That combination matters because AI governance in a law firm starts with professional responsibility: competence, confidentiality, supervision, and candor to the tribunal. Our recommendations start from your firm's workflows and ethical obligations, and we evaluate AI vendors against that standard.
What We Do for Law Firms
- AI governance and policy development. Internal AI policies, acceptable use guidelines, and governance frameworks grounded in the ABA Model Rules, state bar guidance, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001.
- Workflow audits and AI roadmaps. We map existing workflows from intake to billing, identify where AI creates real leverage, and build a phased integration roadmap.
- CLE training and workshops. Role-based programs for managing partners, associates, paralegals, and legal assistants.
- Shadow AI risk assessment. We identify unapproved AI use, assess client confidentiality exposure under Rule 1.6, and resolve it before it becomes a bar complaint.
- Responsible AI implementation. Tool selection, vendor vetting, prompt and context libraries, and data privacy architecture, including the buy, wait, or build decision every firm now faces.
- AI billing optimization. Billing models that reflect the value of AI-assisted work, and a clear answer when clients ask who gets the savings.
- Fractional Chief AI Officer. Executive AI leadership for small and mid-size firms that need senior direction without a full-time hire.
The Professional Rules Behind the Work
The ABA Model Rules apply to AI the same way they apply to any other tool a lawyer uses. Rule 1.1 and its Comment 8 require lawyers to keep up with the benefits and risks of relevant technology. Rule 1.6(c) requires reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized disclosure of client information. Rules 5.1 and 5.3 make partners and supervising lawyers responsible for the work of the lawyers and nonlawyer assistants they oversee. Rule 3.3 requires candor to the tribunal, and unverified AI output has already produced sanctions for fabricated citations.
A working AI governance program turns those duties into written policy, assigned roles and accountability, system documentation, and training that people actually follow.
